Talbots White Cotton Embroidered/Eyelet off shoulder Blouse M

Reposhing this item I purchased from @feery1. It is beautiful but I never got a chance to wear it. I now need to make room for something new. Very nicely constructed with weighty material. Not thin, cheap cotton. Very crisp, can be worn off of the shoulders. Perfect for spring/summer.
