Hi there! It appears lined only partially in the skirt-will you clarify? Also TB is usually 1, 2, 3, etc. Is the size small equivalent to a 1 or a 2?

Thanks for your enquiry. What might appear to be lining in the photograph is actually the mannequin showing through. The dress is entirely unlined. And the sizing is a bit of an anomaly, I'll admit, as I am so used to seeing Ted Baker's own numerical system. Based on the bust measurement, I am guessing it most closely corresponds to a Ted Baker 2, though the elasticated waist and flowing design probably also make it a bit more generalized in terms sizing than the typical Ted Baker dress.
