Pressed in the United Kingdom by Apple Records and distributed by EMI, this edition features the iconic green apple labels with "An E.M.I. Recording" text and matrix numbers YEX 773-2U / YEX 774-2U hand-etched in the dead wax. This highly collectible set was printed and made in Great Britain by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. (patents pending), with photographs by Ethan A. Russell and design by John Kosh.
