Tiffany & Co. Engraved Silver Disc Necklace Fifth Ave. Note

Tiffany & co. Silver 925 Disc Necklace Wavy Circle Fifth Ave Note Necklace Delicate chain, clasp is stamped 925. The link that the clasp hooks in is stamped 925 on one side, the other side is stamped Tiffany & Co. I have the original jewelry dust bag and gift box. The box has a few stain marks (see photos) The disc is the same size as a US Quarter. Necklace has 8” drop (see last 2 photos as to how I measured). Total weight is 9 grams
