This is an Elsa Peretti open heart bracelet from Tiffany’s. It does need to be cleaned but Tiffany’s does that complimentary. Comes with the original Tiffany shopping bag, box and pouch. All of the gift tags are included as well. It has never been worn, was purchased and stayed in the box.
