nkt2020 @mstmcd Hi, I am so sorry, I don’t know how I missed your comment, thanks for reaching out again. The key is not scratched, but I just pulled it out of the box and it does have a little oxidation stain on it; it has happened before, sometimes the oxidation occurs between the silver & the enamel (turquoise).

nkt2020 @mstmcd I added additional photos above. I honestly haven’t taken this piece in for a cleaning in over a year. Do you live by a Tiffany’s/are you familiar with the store and services? It just needs to be cleaned professionally. I don’t know how fast you would like to receive the item but I am out would not be able to take it into the store until next week.

nkt2020 @mstmcd Tiffany has always fixed it as they offer free jewelry cleanings for all their items. Their products don’t tarnish. Whatever metal the item is made of, the entire item is made with it, it’s their standard. Whereas other jewelry will only coat other materials with the metal, which causes irreversible damage. And I include a copy of receipts, never the original. Hope that helps. Thanks for your interest and sorry again for taking so long to get back to you.
