Tila March boots  

These are very nice boots that I will polish before mailing, one of the straps is dry, they show in the pictures the heel has a scarf that should polish out. Made in Brazil. Says it's a size 40 that really fits like a nine and would be very comfortable for an 8 1/2.Heel height is 3 1/2, fuzzy part around the ankle is still fuzzy
