This is a black Tommy Hilfiger rain coat. It is water resistant. The coat has three pockets, two on the lower waist and one on the upper left. It has the signature Tommy Hilfiger stripe pattern for the pockets on the inside of the pockets and interior of the pockets as well. The sliver hardware on the zippers and jackets. It has great detail on the jacket as well. The measurements are top to bottom is 28” and left to right is 22”.
