Very unique and cute tiered, pleated blue cotton skirt from Timmy Hilfiger in a size 7 juniors (31” waist in womens). Lightweight, airy, and has that cute y2k/retro/90s vibe. Raw, released hem. Good preowned condition, no serious flaws. Only signs of wear are some loose threads on the hem and minor pilling.
