Top Shop button up dress with side cut outs

This dress is super cute! It buttons up the front and has a cut out on each side. Also has two side pockets. There is a blemish on the front right hand thigh area. Circled in photo. It looks like a faded or bleach spot but this is a new dress and has not been washed.
