Topshop Bell Sleeve Patterned Shirt

Loose fitting, lightweight v neck bell sleeve shirt. Very lightweight crepe texture material with a black, white and little blue paint flecks…somewhere between paint and collage pattern. I styled this with high waisted black shorts and black sandals/boots. Bell sleeves have adjustable ties. Excellent condition.
