Excellent condition! No flaws. Bought in London's Topshop. Should be a bubble hem skirt but I have worn it as a strapless tube top as well😅 viscose/polyester/elastane blend. Navy blue and greyish blue striped throughout. Elastic waistband top. Size UK 8 Eur 36 (US 4 or XS/S) waist without stretching when flat: 12.5" length: 18" Fully lined.
