Torrid Black & White Striped Sweater Knit Skater Sleeveless Dress 1X Stretch

There is a tiny hole in the front, but you can only see it when really stretching the fabric out. Theres also a frayed area along the seam of one side. Also, not very noticeable. Beautiful striped design, and almost like a knit sweater dress. Please review photos carefully for additional garment measurements.
