Super pretty dress features a sweetheart neckline and a cutout in back. Flattering fit and flare cut. This dress was altered and I don’t believe the shoulder straps have been cut; photos enclosed (pics 6-8). Subtle side adjustments were made at armpits; they also appear to be reversible (pics 9-12).
