Torrid polka dot sheer peplum sleeveless top XL

This is tagged as a size 1, however due to the cinched waist I feel this fits closer to an XL-0X. See measurements. Black with white polka dot. Peplum bottom. Lightweight fabric. Great condition. Does not sttetch approx 23 inches pit to pit 25 inches length 20 inches across the waist ( doesnt stretch) USH
