Tory Burch Chelsea captoe ballet flats in black.

Tory Burch Chelsea cap toe ballet flats in black leather, size 6. it is lined in leather and the cap toe is patent leather. I have worn it a few times but it's in great condition. There are no scratches on the patent leather toe or on the shoe itself. It has a T dangle tied into the bow.
