Tulle Liberty dress

Fun flirty Tulle vintage styled frock. Peter Pan collar, lace back, pleated navy flowy skirt. So cute!! Bought from another posher but is a bit too big for me. 😪 NWT. Size is small but I think it would fit a small medium, or someone a little taller than I am (5'1"). My loss is your gain.
