Turquoise blouse, dress, unique sleeves top formal

This is a very interesting piece, it can be worn as a blouse or as a dress, depends how you wish to style it. It does have two pockets, I’ve had it in my size in a different color and I used belt for it and it was absolutely gorgeous! Pit to pit 19, length 35 in front, longer in the back. It says petite, but regular small will fit just fine.
