It is a stretchy smooth top and the skirt is a thick tweed with button details in the front. It is in perfect condition, I have never used it and the tags are still attached. It's sized as a large but it runs small, I am 5ft. and it hits above my knees. The measurement from shoulder to hem is abput 35.5in. (as photographed). Make me an offer!

@superaim Hello, sorry for the delay..... it is about 18in. across the chest, but it is also very stretchy.
