Two sides womens swim shorts pink/floral

I want to say they are swim shorts, two sides, pink and the other side is a beautiful floral, velcro/snap closeur. Pink side has a pocket in the back only. No size tag but it is a size 14, last pic is to show you the top green shorts are size 12 and I have measured the difference. Very light soft & smooth material. No stretch, I have included waist measurements laying flat. This is a great quality beautiful shorts. I dont think they were ever used. Thx
