rpankey7 @riverlove722 I'm so sorry! I just noticed your question. The measurements laying flat across the chest are 21 1/2 inches and the length from top of the shoulder to the bottom is 27 inches, it's 18 inches at the lowest point of the scoop neck to the bottom of the sweater. The knitting is loosely woven and allows for some stretch also. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions! Sorry again for such a late reply.
