Unique Artisan Charm Pendant Necklace

This is a really cool necklace made by an unknown jewelry artist. It features an oval pendant (1") with a piece of antique (1879?) parchment encased in resin. The word "inspire" is on the back tag. There are also 3 baroque pearls on one side of the chain and a delicate Venetian-style glass bead on the other. The chain has a hanging length of 15".
