An Original By Phyllis Dance Time -blue and cream -halter style dress with short sleeve bolero -floral lace with rhinestones -taffeta -calf length approximately depending on the individual -vintage 1950's -zipper closure on dress and button closure bolero -full, pleated skirt -matching fabric covered belt Dress is marked size 9. Item is free of stains or holes. The flowers have done discoloration. The cream lining at the top has discoloration on the interior and under the arms. See photos.
