Bright pink ski jacket. Belt loops all the way around including inside the back. A old seat belt like opening. You put the buckle in and it clicks. Slight wear to metal. Then when you want to get it out you push - shown in picture. Late 80’s or 90’s I would think. Super cute and unique snow bunny on those hills in this jacket!! Size 8. Measurements in pictures.
