VTG c.1980's Diane Freis Gorgette Floral Free-Size Dress, Size Medium or Large?

VTG Diane Freis Georgette dress. Size is not listed (I believe they called these Free-Size dresses) but the flattering waistband is stretchy and I would say it could fit a Size 8-14. No zippers. It is light, flowy, layered, and has tassles! I've never seen a vintage dress like this, wish it was my size... gorgeous!!!
