Thank you for taking the measurement! Are you sure 5 inches is the top of the boot measurement and not the ankle area? All the boots l own are around 7 or 7 1/2 inches in circumference, and I'm slender/ size 2 ,normal calf width.

@jeannelee885 The circumference is 5 inches. If I lay the top of the boot flat it measures 7 inches. I’ll add a picture of the measurement.
