Sheer (see-thru), gray, short-sleeve blouse by Viktor & Rolf. Unique, pleated ruffle detail over back and shoulders. Front buttons with loop closure. There is some stretching at the seams as shown in photos and a few small snags. The buttons can use some reinforcement. Pre-owned and in good condition.
