1950 first edition Fairy Tales retold by Katharine Gibson illustrated by Isobel Read. In good condition for its age. Spine is still completely attached. Cover shows wear at edges and corners. Appears free from writing except on first page corner with pencil. Some small tears on a handful of pages from age and wear, the worst being page 59 "Child Rowland" (I tried to get pictures of as many tears as I could). Some discoloration to pages from age. Possibly missing very first decorative page.
