Vintage 1970s Simplicity 9042 Sewing Pattern Size XS 10 Top or Tunic COMPLETE Size 10 ( Modern Size X Small ): B- 32.5" W- 25" H- 34.5" From 1979 Womens Tops or Tunic: Top stitched tunic V1,4 and top V2,3 have collar and shirt tail hem. V1,2 with front button closing has short set in sleeves at dropped shoulder. V1 has pocket. V2 has drawstring through waistline casing. V3,4 with front band button closing and pockets has yoke and short kimono sleeves with turn back cuffs.
