Vintage 1980's Cat & Mouse Watch Gray Watch Band

Needs a new battery and caseback. The wrist size is 5 5/8-7 3/4 inches. There are scratches on the crystal, case, and band. The band has some stains, discoloration, and a few small tears, but it is functional. It's a casual retro style. Please view the photos. Thank you!
