Vintage 1980's Nicolai Canetti Art Time wall clock

Very rare Vintage 1980's Nicolai Canetti Art Time wall clock. This is a wonderful modern clock made of acrylic and metal. Clear acrylic clock with black painted details and a splash of red. The hands are red metal. Battery operated - I tested battery and it is powered just fine but the hands are bent and loose so they don't move. I would think someone mechanically inclined may be able to take it apart, tighten and straighten the hands and may get it working again but it is being sold AS IS in non working order. Even if you can't get it to work, it is a beautiful art piece. 12" diameter. There are some white marks on the clock (see last 2 photos) -- I'm not sure if they could be removed. Also some light scratches on the acrylic. Working vintage Canetti clocks are selling for $600+.
