Vintage 20's quality angel skin pink coral cluster ring size 6

7 oval shape 7 x 4.5 mm angel skin pink coral and cz. I assume 18k gold filled but the marking is not visible. Sometimes the markings are very small and they wear which is understandable from the 20's. This only fits my wedding band ring finger so I never get to wear it 😭. Beautiful vintage ring.
