Vintage 70's Brown Handmade Western Fringe High Rise Midi Skirt Small Retro

Super cute vintage brown Midi skirt with two tiers of fringe details. High rise fit, appears to be handmade. Zipper works great still, perfect for a Western retro look. Has been hand washed and line dried, good vintage condition. Waist flat is 13.75 inches across flat with flex to about 16 inches. Hips is about 22 inches across non stretched and length is 25 inches top to the bottom of the fringe.
