Vintage 70’s Ruffle Drop Waist Cocktail Dress

Vintage 70’s party dress with ruffle details. Ruffle hem, ruffle along low v back, and fun slightly off shoulder flutter sleeves. Flattering neckline. Elastic smocking drop waist fits around hips and has little rhinestone embellishments. Really fun and unique little black dress! Because of the way they are layered the bottom ruffle is sheer, creating a flirty peak a boo look. Great movement! In excellent vintage condition. Dress has no tags aside from “dry clean only” and “lot 7/8” which dates it from between 1971-1979. Laundry care tags began in ‘71 and the use of lot tags ceased in ‘79. All measurements are approximate and taken laying flat. Size- estimated as Medium Bust- 18” Length- 41” when measured as shown
