Vintage 70s Wide Leg Pants

Brand and size tag is missing. Fabric- 94% Polyester 6% Nylon I would say waist would fit small to medium due to waist band. Measurements seam to seam while lying flat: Waist- 11" (Not stretch) About 16" (When stretch) Hips- 18" Top to Crotch- 12" Width of one leg- 16.5" Length top to bottom- 40" Few flaws- The waist band not completely in place but still functioning. One hem is coming out but can be fixed with care. See the last few pictures.
