Vintage 70s/80s Handmade Peplum Top

Handmade peplum top from the late 1970s to early 1980s. Black with contrast dot collar and cuffs. Unlined; feels like thick polyester. Good vintage, preowned condition with minor signs of gentle wear. No tags, estimated modern size S-M or roughly 6-8.
