This cannot be denied as a bright & joyful shirt made in a very 80s and ealry 90s explosion of color! Its a cowboy shirt - or in this case, wild cowgirl westernwear Its a womens size 7/8 as noted on the tag & made in the good ol USA The brand is Roughrider by Circle T 100% cotton For full explanation, the shirt has silver metallic buttons on the front, cuffs & also as a cool design feature on the front. As this is a 80s shirt it does have light shoulderpads that can easily be remove but were left in for the new owner to decide. It is flawless, fun & would make for a cheerful closet addition.
