Vintage 90s Floral Dress Buttons on the shoulder Beautiful floral print 😍 Has shoulder pads No size on tag, but size on belt says size 16 Approx. Pit to pit (laying flat)- 19.5” Approx. Waist- 15.5” Approx. Length- 43” Waist can stretch to approx. 20-21” Has matching belt, but belt has lots of wear so I would personally wear a different belt.
