Vintage 90’s Lilly Pulitzer Sienna Phipps Kentucky Strapless Eyelet Dress

Size 4 strapless dress from Lilly Pulitzer Black Label- circa 1990’s. White (with yellow stitching) eyelet overlay, with sunny yellow under layer, and lining underneath. Yellow grosgrain belt can be tied in front or back or dress can be worn without it. Beautiful quality, as typical of vintage Lilly pieces. Top has boning and sticky rubber edge, to keep it from slipping down. Knee Length. Classic, chic, old Palm Beach style. Brand new condition. Worn once.
