Really cute Y2K vibes 1990 vintage dress in the princess style with full button front and short sleeves. 100% rayon. Brand is Liberty by I.C.I. Soft and lightweight, pattern is green dots on a light green field, with pink and yellow meadow flowers floral pattern. Cream colored buttons. Scoop neckline. Overall in great condition, no holes, there is one dark stain on the top left shoulder, see last photo. Material does not stretch. Dress has shoulder pads. Women’s size small.
