Vintage Adams baby toddler 2-3 years English pink white stripe tie strap dress

Vintage 80's Adams baby toddler 2-3 years English sun dress!! Height 98 cms. Baby pale pink and white stripes. Tie spaghetti straps. Smocked in the back top half. Honestly the cutest and why can't this be in my size. It's in pristine condition with smocking intact. I was born and spent my younger days in England. My parents dressed me in English dresses. I was holding onto all my baby clothes and now at this point not sure what to do with them. They are all mine that have been climate stored vacuumed sealed and freshly washed now.
