Vintage Bevero New York Red Arrow on Navy Velvet Flared Pants.

Ladies' Bevero New York Boutique Vintage 60's or 70's(Union tag 63-74). They are high waisted flared bell-bottoms with a button fly and made of a navy blue velvet fabric with an asymmetrical red arrow on one leg. Some small signs of fabric/pile (most notably what looks like moth track on bottom of leg) wear, but pants appear lightly used and have been thoroughly steam cleaned and have no major issues.
