Vintage Black Lace Dress with Cartridge pleats

Vintage lace and taffeta dress with hundreds of pleats all around. Pictures include the reverse side of the dress to include view of the pleats and craftsmanship. I’m not sure the era, or style, but it looks handmade. No tags. Check all the pictures. I didn’t find any rips or tears, the lace also is 100% Zippers on back and both arm cuffs, all in working condition.
