Vintage Black Leather(?) Handbag‎

This purse is likely from the 70s or earlier, judging by the meatl zipper on the inside, and is in good overall condition but has some scuffs. I am honestly not sure if this is real leather. I have cleaned it with leather cleaner which didnt make any difference on the scuffs. If its faux then it is in good condition as there is bo flaking of the plastic anywhere.
