Vintage Black Thom McAn Women’s Dress Shoes Sparkly Accents Size??

I cannot find a size on these shoes- I am hoping the markings on the box may be familiar to someone. Happy to send measurements if that is helpful! These are so pretty in person- the little diamond-like button accents are very sparkly!
