Vintage Blackinton Sterling Silver Cigar/Cigarette Cutter- Guillotine

What a simple and handsome piece! Great for use and collecting. Antique Sterling silver cigar/cigarette cutter. Our research on the makers mark found this is by Blackinton and likely dates to the 1930s (ish). Marks also confirm this piece is sterling. The mechanics of the blade work great. You will see there is a small spot of rust on the blade that can easily be taken care of. Overall condition is great for the age of the piece.
