Vintage Breeches floor length, colorful wrap skirt size 10

Vintage 1980s pattern. Lined floor length rap skirt. The material tag is faded, but it feels like a cotton shell with polyester lining. There is a rip in the lining, but not in the shell. Good to very good condition.
