Vintage Carousel of Philadelphia Dress Cottage Core! Pale green with blue flowers. Victorian style collar and sleeves.  Black buttons down the front. Feels like cotton or cotton blend No size tag! Shown on size 4/6 model. 5'8" 114lbs. CONDITION:  No holes.  Some discoloration (on sleeves, collar).  A few light spots.   MEASUREMENTS:  Approximately 19" across chest from underarm to underarm 14" across stretchy waist 54" from shoulder to hem.
