Vintage Cottagecore Pink and White Striped Ruffle Dress Size 7

Vintage dress in size 7. Pink, white, and blue stripes. Buttons down one side of the torso. Ruffled details. Volume at the shoulders. 50% polyester/50% cotton. There is some discoloration around the neck ruffles as well as a small stain on the back and some small stains on one sleeve. There are loops for a waist tie, but the tie is missing from this dress. Please see photos for flaws as well as approximate flat lay measurements. The length is approximately 41" from the shoulder to the bottom.
