zzzzzz111111 Nice vintage Kelly-style (named for the late Grace Kelly) handbag pocketbook. As to what the outer body of this pocketbook is made of, unless you found a tag or other sort of markings denoting it's made of patent leather, it isn't. From looking at the photos, it's patent vinyl. Hope this info is helpful. John
